Sometimes, despite your best intentions, you may find yourself having eaten something that’s not in the program protocol. Maybe you forgot or weren’t thinking clearly, or maybe you simply gave into temptation. What do you do now? First of all, don’t panic. This is not the end. You can recover and still have a very successful program. The important thing is to get back on track right away. You may find that your weight stalls or even goes up the next day, but don’t let that get you down. Follow the program strictly for the next several days and your weight will go back down. Generally, when you go off the program for 1 day or even a meal, your weight loss is set back by about 3 days. When you finish the program and look at your overall ‘fat release’ you will be glad that you didn’t let this temporary setback stop you.

If a break in the program lasting more than four days is necessary, increase your calorie intake to at least 800 calories by adding additional meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to the program after the third day, otherwise you will find yourself too hungry and weak to go about your usual occupation. If the interval lasts less than two weeks, you can immediately resume the drops and the 500 Calorie program.

If your diet has been high on sugar, carbohydrates, alcohol or gluten, you may experience cravings in the early part of the program. They will pass and once the program is over, you may discover that you no longer crave those things. In relation to hunger, you may first want to ensure you’re drinking the adequate amount of water each day as sensations of hunger and thirst are easily confused. If you’re adequately hydrated and still experience hunger, you can take an additional 3-4 homeopathic drops until the hunger passes.

It is preferable to follow the program, however many people need to eat something first thing in the morning. You may have one of the fruit snacks for breakfast and then skip morning or afternoon tea.

No, but organic food is preferable if possible. However it is often not feasible due to supply or cost. If organic
is not an option for you then at least try and avoid GMO foods. We can all benefit from reducing our toxic load by consuming foods that haven’t been sprayed with herbicides and pesticides. Weekend markets are often a good source of “home grown” vegetables.

No, taking the drops with food will negate their effect. The drops need to be taken 30 minutes away from food and drinks such as coffee and tea.

There may be no loss at all for two or three days and then a sudden loss which re-establishes the normal average. These fluctuations are entirely due to variations in either retention or elimination of water, which are more marked in women than in men. The fat cells empty then appear to become filled with water as the body works on breaking down the cell membrane. Once it does this, the fluid is released and the weight drops. A plateau, and this is not uncommon (lasting 4-6 days usually in the second half of the program) can either be allowed to resolve itself or an Apple day can be undertaken.

The Fat Loss Drops are a specifically targeted formulation. Firstly they promote calmness, determination and resolve. Secondly they contain appetite suppressive and fat burning ingredients. Thirdly they assist with thyroid function.

Yes and a lot of people decide to do exactly that. Add more days or weeks according to what suits you and your sense of well-being, however as you near the 40 day mark be prepared that your weight loss may start to slow. Even if you are keen to go on, if the ‘fat release’ slows to a stop, then move on to the next step and re-do the complete program after a 3 – 4 week break.

Removing the toxins permanently from your personal care and household products will allow the liver to work effectively, otherwise an overworked liver has no option but to store them in your fat cells, which is exactly what we’re trying to avoid on this program.

Yes. Most people who are overweight have a sensitivity to gluten that they may not even be aware of. This can cause all sorts of digestive disturbance, therefore it
is highly recommended that the rice cake, as a gluten free option, is the preferred grain choice. It is also recommended that the Slendier Angel Hair pasta is selected as a gluten free option, however this pasta should only be consumed once or twice a week. Those people who suffer from reflux are best to avoid the grain choice (which is acidic) as a selection for their dinner meal and increase the vegetable portion instead.

On a low calorie program it’s normal for bowel movements to come less often, sometimes just once every three or four days. To ensure you remain regular and maintain a healthy bowel function it is important to include the recommended fibre supplement as outlined in the ‘Program Summary’. If you’re still experiencing difficulties in this area, include the fibre supplement with each meal, also ensure you are drinking sufficient water.

Cramps may occur due to a lack of potassium, magnesium or calcium. In Step 2 Approved Foods however the nutritional support recommended in the ‘Program Summary’ assists with this problem.

This symptom often relates to adjusting blood sugar levels and usually goes away after the first week. If at all concerned, try halving your lunch and dinner portions and spreading them throughout the day (but not at the same time as your fruit snack).

Alcohol adds calories without adding any nutritional goodness. The body treats alcohol as a toxin and makes removing it a priority. It may take up to 48 hours to remove alcohol from your system in that time no fat is being burned. Alcohol lowers inhibitions and resolve.
